How can I start training?

To start your strength journey or join a group workshop with Prime Performance, simply reach out to book a consultation. In this session, we'll chat about your goals, training history, and any current movement or lifestyle considerations. From there, we'll create a customised plan that suits your experience level, needs, and schedule, so you can train with purpose and confidence from day one.

What is the duration of a typical session?

Our training sessions typically last around 60 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and cool-down. However, the duration may vary based on your individual needs and preferences.

Do you offer online training?

Yes, Online training is available through the TrainHeroic app, where you'll receive your personalised program directly to your phone. You'll also have access to video feedback, technique reviews, and direct support through Messenger chat, so you're never training alone, even from a distance.

What age can children start strength training?

There's no single "perfect" age to begin strength training; it really depends on the individual child. As a general guideline, i recommend structured strength training from around age 10 and up. However, I'm open to working with younger children as young as 5-7 if they show the focus and readiness to learn safely. It's less about age and more about attention span and their willingness to learn, the key ingredients for building proper technique and good movement habits.

When it comes to training young athletes, we always start with the basics: body weight exercises, mobility work, and foundational movement patterns like squatting, hinging and jumping, and pushing. This sets them up with a strong base before adding any load. It's a fun, progressive process and always age-appropriate.
