Programs are built around proven progressions and techniques to improve your strength, skill, and confidence in the snatch and clean & jerk.

Strength Superset Circuit Program

5 week blocks

This simple, effective strength program is designed for anyone wanting to build a solid base of strength with low-impact, functional movements. It’s perfect if you’re new to training, returning after time off, or just looking for a structured way to move your body and feel stronger each week.

Each program includes 2–3 training days per week, built around supersets and circuits that target full-body strength using basic movement patterns. The sessions are designed to be time-efficient and easy to follow, with options to suit home or gym equipment.

Programs are personally tailored to the equipment you have access to — whether that’s dumbbells, kettlebells, a barbell, or just bodyweight — and the weekly structure repeats for five weeks to help build consistency and measurable progress.
